ag222 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety is Our Priority
Enjoy entertainment within limits — ag222 gives you all the support you need to build safe and healthy gaming habits.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
ag222 believes online gaming should be a source of fun and entertainment — never a cause of stress, financial harm, or family problems. Responsible gaming means you enjoy games within your own ability and limits, and that gaming does not affect other important areas of your life.
We understand that gaming habits started for entertainment can sometimes slowly turn into a problem. That is why the ag222 platform includes a number of effective tools and features to help you continue gaming consciously and responsibly.
Our support team for players in Bangladesh is ready to provide advice and assistance in Bengali via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you feel that gaming is going beyond your control, do not wait — contact us right away.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limits
You can set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing a limit requires a 24-hour delay.
Session Time Limit Feature
Use the session timer to keep control of how long you play. When the set time has passed, the system will automatically suggest a break and, if needed, log you out.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a temporary break, activate self-exclusion for anywhere from 30 days to 6 months. During this period access to your account will be completely blocked.
Gaming History Review
You can view a detailed record of all your transactions, bets, and wins and losses at any time. Analyse your own habits and make informed decisions.
24/7 Support Centre
Our Bengali-speaking support team is always by your side for any issue. Speak directly via live chat — no judgement, just help.
Age Verification System
ag222 strictly follows the 21+ age rule. Age is verified at registration and underage individuals are not given the opportunity to open an account.
For Ages 21 and Over Only
To participate on the ag222 platform you must be at least 21 years old. Protecting minors is one of our highest priorities and this rule is strictly enforced.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
If the following signs appear, they may indicate the start of problem gaming. It is important to become aware in time:
Spending beyond your set budget: Spending more money than the limit you set and feeling the urge to bet more to chase losses.
Hiding from family and friends: Gaming in secret or lying to family and friends about it.
Disrupted sleep and eating: Continuing to play while skipping sleep or meals and becoming inattentive to daily tasks.
Financial difficulties: Playing with borrowed money, dipping into savings, or spending money meant for essential expenses on gaming.
Feeling restless without gaming: Feeling restlessness, irritability, or anxiety when unable to play.
Repeated failed attempts to stop: Trying to reduce or stop playing but not succeeding.
How to Use Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit
Go to your account settings and select the "Deposit Limit" option. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Cooling-Off Period
You can take a break from 7 days to 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to play games, but you will be able to withdraw your account balance. It will not be possible to reactivate before the break period ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to take a longer-term break, choose the self-exclusion option. Your account can be kept completely inactive for 30 days to 6 months. Any attempt to open a new account during self-exclusion will also be blocked.
Bet Limit
Set a maximum limit on how much you will wager per session or per game. This protects you from unplanned excess betting and ensures you play within your budget.
Session Time Limits
Decide in advance how many minutes or hours you will play in a single session. When the time is up the system will send you a break reminder. Taking regular breaks keeps gaming healthy.
5 Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Set a Budget
Before you play, decide how much money you will spend today. If that amount is lost, stop — never play to chase a loss.
Control Your Time
Take regular breaks instead of playing for long stretches at a time. Spend time with family and friends and keep up your other hobbies.
Do Not Play on Emotion
If you are feeling down, angry, or stressed, it is better not to play. Enjoy responsible gaming with a clear mind and a calm state.
Understand the Game Before You Play
Do not place large bets on a game you do not understand. First gain experience with free play or small bets and learn the rules thoroughly.
Do Not Hesitate to Ask for Help
If you ever feel gaming is going beyond your control, contact us immediately via live chat or activate self-exclusion.
Do Not Touch Essential Expenses
Never spend money for rent, your children's education, or medical care on gaming. Play only with your spare entertainment budget.
